The presenter, Sergei Suponev, is demonstrating a new Dendy game that appears to be a port of Sonic the Hedgehog starring Mario. It’s called ‘Somari’. That sounds important, better pop it in your knapsack.

The Dendy Famicom clone was so popular in Russia that it had its own TV show and magazine. It even became semi-official after the company behind it made a deal with Nintendo of America.

But the Dendy was just one of many, many Famiclones sold around the world, like this freaking cool Batman one:
